RepointQR Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the RepointQR affiliate program. By applying for or participating in the program, you agree to follow these rules.

1. Eligibility and approval

• You must provide accurate account, promotional, and payout information.
• RepointQR may approve, reject, suspend, or review an application at its discretion.
• Creating duplicate accounts or using false identities is prohibited.

2. Referral attribution

• Referral attribution may remain active for up to 60 days after an eligible click.
• Attribution depends on RepointQR tracking systems and may not work if cookies are blocked or deleted, devices are changed, or tracking is otherwise interrupted.
• RepointQR records determine whether a referral and payment qualify for commission.

3. Commission

• The launch commission is 60% of eligible net subscription payments.
• A qualifying customer may generate commission for up to 12 months.
• Taxes, discounts, credits, refunds, chargebacks, and non-subscription amounts are excluded.

4. Approval and payouts

• Commission normally remains pending for 30 days before approval.
• The minimum approved balance required for payout is 50 USD.
• Eligible payouts are normally reviewed and processed on or around the 15th of each month using a payment method supported by RepointQR.
• Partners are responsible for providing correct payout information and handling their own taxes.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Self-referrals, artificial referrals, fake accounts, or purchases made primarily to earn commission.
• Spam, misleading messages, false claims, impersonation, or unlawful promotion.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, malware, or other manipulation of tracking.
• Bidding on RepointQR brand terms, registering confusing domains, or presenting yourself as RepointQR without written permission.
• Publishing unauthorized coupons, discounts, or claims about product capabilities.

6. Affiliate disclosure

You must clearly disclose that you may receive commission when someone purchases through your referral link. Disclosures must be visible and understandable near the recommendation or link.

7. Brand and content use

• You may use approved RepointQR names, screenshots, links, and promotional materials only for lawful promotion of the program.
• You may not alter RepointQR branding in a misleading way or claim ownership, employment, sponsorship, or endorsement that has not been granted.

8. Refunds, chargebacks, and adjustments

Refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or charged-back payments do not qualify for commission. RepointQR may cancel pending commission or deduct previously approved amounts from future balances.

9. Suspension and termination

• Either party may end participation in the program.
• RepointQR may suspend tracking or payouts while investigating suspected abuse.
• Fraud, serious violations, or repeated misconduct may result in account termination and cancellation of unpaid commission.

10. Program changes

RepointQR may update commission rates, attribution periods, payout rules, eligibility requirements, or these terms. Material changes will apply from the stated effective date.

11. General terms

These affiliate terms supplement the general RepointQR Terms of Service. If a matter is not covered here, the general Terms of Service apply.
