Terms of Service

Welcome to RepointQR (the Service), operated by Nguyễn Văn Tú, an individual/sole trader based in Vietnam. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service overview

RepointQR is a software-as-a-service platform for creating static and dynamic QR codes, changing QR destinations after printing, downloading QR assets, and viewing scan analytics. Features and limits depend on the plan shown on our Pricing and checkout pages.

2. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• Please provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we detect violations of these Terms.

3. Pricing, plans, and billing

• Paid subscriptions may be billed monthly or yearly at the price displayed on the Pricing and checkout pages. Subscriptions renew automatically unless they are canceled before the next billing date.
• Paid transactions are processed by the payment provider or Merchant of Record shown during checkout. Depending on the provider, it may handle checkout, payment processing, applicable sales taxes or VAT, receipts, refunds, and payment-related buyer support. RepointQR does not store full card details.
• You may cancel at any time through your account billing settings or by contacting support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid term, after which the account returns to the applicable Free-plan features and limits.

4. Usage limits

We may apply plan limits, fair-use controls, rate limits, storage limits, scan analytics limits, or security restrictions. We may adjust operational limits when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect users, or maintain the Service.

5. Content and ownership

• You retain ownership of the URLs, files, QR content, branding, and other material you submit. You grant RepointQR permission to host, process, display, redirect, and analyze that material only as needed to provide the Service.
• RepointQR intellectual property (code, design, branding) remains ours.

6. Prohibited behavior

• You must not use RepointQR for phishing, malware, fraud, deceptive redirects, spam, unlawful content, intellectual-property infringement, harassment, or any activity that harms another person.
• You must not attempt unauthorized access, bypass plan or security controls, interfere with the Service, misuse scan or redirect infrastructure, reverse engineer protected systems, or conceal abusive destinations.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. Payment transactions may also be subject to the payment provider's buyer terms presented during checkout.
