RepointQR is operated by Nguyễn Văn Tú, an individual/sole trader based in Vietnam. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the website, create an account, generate QR codes, use dynamic redirects, view analytics, or purchase a subscription.

Information we collect

Account information such as your name, email address, authentication details, workspace information, and support communications.
QR-related information such as destination URLs, QR settings, campaign names, uploaded files or file metadata, saved designs, team information, and subscription status.
Product and scan analytics such as timestamps, approximate location, device and browser information, referrer information, redirect activity, usage logs, and security events.

How we use your information

To provide QR generation, dynamic redirects, downloads, account features, analytics, security controls, and customer support.
To manage subscriptions and billing through the payment provider or Merchant of Record shown at checkout, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce plan limits, and protect the reliability of the Service.
To send essential account, payment, security, legal, and service communications and to improve RepointQR.
